Fire sprinkler steel pipe mainly includes two types of coated plastic steel pipe and galvanized steel pipe. By coating the surface of the steel pipe with a plastic layer, it has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, rust prevention, etc., long service life and low maintenance cost, especially suitable for fire protection systems in complex environments. In contrast, galvanized steel pipes enhance rust resistance through galvanized treatment, often used in traditional fire protection systems, and their connections are flexible (such as trench clamp connections and wire connections), but there may be a risk of rust in long-term use. The coated steel pipe also saves installation space and improves system reliability because of its small outside diameter and thin wall thickness.
