The hot-dip galvanizing process is what gives these square pipes their exceptional anti-rust and anti-corrosion capabilities. During this process, the Q235 steel square pipes are immersed in a bath of molten zinc, forming a dense and uniform zinc coating on their surface. This coating acts as a strong barrier, effectively isolating the steel from moisture, oxygen, and corrosive substances in the environment. Unlike some other anti-corrosion treatments that may wear off over time, the hot-dip galvanized layer forms a metallurgical bond with the steel, ensuring long-term protection. This makes the pipes suitable for use in harsh environments, including coastal areas with high salt content in the air, industrial zones with chemical exposure, and regions with frequent rainfall, where corrosion is a significant concern.
