Hot-dip galvanized steel pipes of DN202.0mm6m, manufactured in accordance with GB/T 3091 (National Standard of the People's Republic of China), are specifically designed for water and gas transportation systems. These pipes feature a nominal diameter of 20mm, a wall thickness of 2.0mm, and a standard length of 6 meters, ensuring optimal strength and fluid-carrying capacity for low-pressure applications. The hot-dip galvanization process immerses the steel pipes in molten zinc at approximately 450°C, forming a thick, adherent zinc-iron alloy layer (≥85μm) that provides excellent corrosion resistance. This makes them ideal for outdoor installations, humid environments, or buried pipelines, as the zinc coating acts as an electrochemical barrier to protect the steel substrate from rust and degradation. Compliant with GB/T 3091, these pipes meet strict standards for dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, and zinc coating thickness. They are widely used in residential water supply systems, gas distribution networks, heating pipelines, and industrial fluid transportation, offering a cost-effective solution with a service life of 20-30 years in typical environments. Installation is facilitated by threaded, grooved, or flanged connections, ensuring both convenience and reliability in pipeline construction.

PIPE ENDS TREATMENT:

*THREADED BOTH ENDS (BS or ASTM standard)One end with plastic caps, and the other end with coupling;

3) Acceptable inspection from third party appointed/paid by buyer, such as SGS, BV.
4) Approved by Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Australia, Peru and UK. We own UL /FM, ISO9001/18001, FPC certificates.

PACKING AND DELIVERY: -- Round hollow section pipe
1. OD 219mm and below In hexagonal seaworthy bundles packed by steel strips, With two nylon slings for each bundles
2. above OD 219mm in bulk or according to custom opinion
3. 25 tons/container and 5 tons/size for a trial order;
4. For 20" container the max length is 5.8m;
5. For 40" container the max length is 11.8m.
